Applications will be done on the System, and Application Documents by Mail or by Hand will not be accepted.
Students who want to transfer to Associate / Undergraduate programs of our University in the Fall Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year are required to apply from the Application link below between 13 July 2020 - 28 August 2020.
MATTERS TO BE PAID ATTENTION DURING APPLICATION PROCESS
You can log in from the 'Existing users' field with the password that will come to your e-mail address by filling in your T.R.ID Number and your e-mail in the 'New users' section.
After the login process, you can complete your application by filling in the relevant spaces.
If you have completed all the procedures, you can confirm that your application has been made by checking the confirmation e-mail that will be sent to your e-mail.

(3) In undergraduate transfers, the discount rate is applied according to the Weighted Grade Point Average (AGNO) obtained at the universities the students were affiliated to before they choose our university among other higher education institutions, and according to the table prepared and announced at the beginning of each academic year. The same is valid for internal undergraduate transfers. (2) In undergraduate transfers, whatever the ÖSYS and DGS central placement score of the students who choose our university among other higher education institutions correspond with the partial scholarship rate of the program they want to get in at our university in the same year of the examination date is applied. Note : Students who transfer to a different department pay the fee to be paid by the students in the year of registration for the department they want to transfer to.
Example: If a student transfers from the Nursing Department 2nd year to the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation department with Additional Article-1 and he/she is enrolled in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department 1st Class, he/she pays the fee paid by Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation first year students.

If the student chooses to transfer to the departments where the preparatory class is compulsory (Business (English) , American Culture and Literature, Translation and Interpretation), and the preparatory class is not taught in the department or program the student is previously affiliated to, he/she must be successful in the language exemption and proficiency exam of Haliç University Department of Foreign Languages, or he/she must provide during the application the certification of his/her score of nationally or internationally valid foreign language exams at the level of success determined by the University.
If the documents mentioned above are incomplete or incorrect, no evaluation will be made.
